Hero — Mindnosis kit or workshop in action

I use curiosity and empathy to explore how design can improve our mental health and wellbeing

Emotional distress first action

Tools and peer support designed by people who have been there.

A social enterprise driven by people with lived experience of emotional distress. We design tools and peer support to share the things we have learnt. Our aim is to use our journeys to help you thrive with good mental health. Two strands work together — non-stigmatising, self-empowering, cost-efficient, and building healthier communities.

Mind Tools

A kit ordered confidentially and delivered by post, built around six areas of life: relationships, environment, activity, resources, mood and self.

Mind Peers

People who have been there meet you to co-create an action plan, which validates what they learnt on their own wellbeing journeys.
